Avantis Wealth wanted to streamline and further simplify their image, as part of the revamped look a decision was made to create a purely typographical logo. The logo was created with Gill Sans, a clean and well designed sans serif type face that has a traditional look and feel thus creating a sense of nostalgia. Eric Gill, the typeface designer who created Gill Sans was also based in Brighton which further connects with Avantis Wealth’s roots.
